The obvious café stop is The Garden Shed Café in Wellesbourne, which sits at roughly the halfway point of the ride and makes the most practical place to pause before heading back. The Greenway section gives the route a different feel from a pure road loop, with a flatter, traffic-free stretch through the Stratford corridor before the route returns to the lanes. In wet weather, the end of the Greenway can become waterlogged and may be awkward on a road bike, although the rest of the route is road-based.
